Information Design (Graduation project)

A personal experience was the reason to investigate how information about leukemia is communicated to patients between the ages of 12 and 18 years. Many patients and their parents don’t understand exactly what the disease is and what they can expect during a Cancer Treatment. Existing information is not focused on this target group. The texts are often long and the images are difficult to understand.

Goos makes a change on this case. By describing information on a more visual and simple way. The product is a package, provided with information about leukemia, how to deal with it and what to expect. But the package also contains instruction cards and treatment schedules.
